Pan Seared Pork Chops with Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

  • 1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

  • 8 pork loin boneless chops (3-4 oz. per chop)

  • 2 tbs oil 

  • Salt 

  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Lightly rub pork chops with salt and pepper. 

  2. Heat oil in a skillet or a grill pan over medium-low heat. 

  3. Add the pork chops and sear 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and the juices are clear.  Set aside. 

  4. Pour WATCHAREE'S Thai Yellow Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and cook with medium heat until boiling. 

  5. Remove from heat and pour over the seared pork loin chops and serve with jasmine or brown rice.
