Chicken Massaman Curry

  • 1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman Curry Sauce

  • ½ lb. chicken breast, cut into chunks

  • 1 medium potato, cut into cubes

  • 1 small yellow onion, cut into wedges

  • 3 tbsp. roasted peanuts


  1. Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce in a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add chicken and stir.

  2.  Add potatoes and onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.  

  3. Add peanuts, remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti. Enjoy!
