Beef Massaman Curry with Naan

  • 1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman curry

  • ½ lb. beef, cut into chunks

  • 1 potato, cut into small chunks

  • 1 onion, cut into wedges

  • 3 tbsp. roasted peanuts


  1. Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce to a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat.

  2. Add beef and stir for 5 minutes.

  3. Add potatoes and onions, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.

  4. Remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti.
