Beef Massaman Curry Sauce with Naan
1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman curry
½ lb. beef, cut into chunks
1 potato, cut into small chunks
1 onion, cut into wedges
3 tbsp. roasted peanuts
Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce to a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat.
Add beef and stir for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and onions, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.
Remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti.
