Thai Green Curry Seafood with Pasta
1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Green Curry Sauce
4 cups pasta, cooked
1½ lb. seafood
1 tbsp. oil
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
½ cup black olives, pitted and diced
1 cup basil leaves, julienned
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and heat for about 1 minute.
Add seafood, such as shrimp, fish, or scallops, and cook about 5-8 minutes depending on size or thickness of the seafood.
Add black olives, pasta, and Watcharee’s Thai Green Curry Sauce.
Mix all ingredients together over low heat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the Parmesan and basil.
